Just a couple of commentaries I thought most people won't get to read. The first is a great little commentary by Mark LeVine about the Gemayel assassination in Lebanon (very similar in thought to my previous post), which I found interesting that this commentary by an American Liberal about the Middle East had to be found in an Asian paper.

Also, happy 20th Anniversary to Iran/Contra... perhaps we need a refresher.

The last is in the "it would be funny if it weren't so sad" category by Eric Alterman, about how even though everyone knows that the President lies repeatedly, that the press and public have excused this as much as his bungling of the English language.
